Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Corra's websites, applications, and related services (the "Services"). By creating an account, using the Services, or visiting our sites, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Services as a merchant or account holder. If you use the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Merchants and storefronts

Merchants are solely responsible for their stores, products, pricing, fulfillment, compliance with applicable laws (including consumer protection, tax, and export rules), and the accuracy of their content. Corra provides software and infrastructure but does not endorse or control what merchants sell.

5. Fees and subscriptions

Paid plans, trials, and billing terms are presented at signup or in your account settings. Fees are charged according to the plan you select unless otherwise agreed. You authorize us and our payment partners to charge your designated payment method. Taxes may apply where required by law.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate any law or infringe others' intellectual property or privacy rights;
• Upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or disrupt the Services;
• Use the Services to sell prohibited goods or services as defined by law or our policies;
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the Services except as permitted in writing;
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.

7. Third-party services

The Services may integrate with third parties (for example, payment processors). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

8. Intellectual property

Corra and its licensors own the Services, including software, branding, and documentation. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. You retain ownership of content you upload; you grant us a license to host and display that content as needed to operate the Services.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORRA AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD), EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

11. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Corra and its affiliates, officers, and employees against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for breach of these Terms, risk to security or users, or legal requirements. You may close your account as described in the product. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction we designate for your contract, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections apply in your country.

14. Changes

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where additional consent is required by law.
